STARTUP INDIA
Startup India is a Government of India’s initiative to boost the startup ecosystem in the country and encourage entrepreneurship in India. The program was launched in January 2016 by the Indian government's Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).
The objectives of the Startup India program are to:

Benefits of Startup India Registration
IPR Support
Startups can access IPR facilitation, advisory, and awareness services and also can get 50% discount on filing of Trademarks and 80% rebate on Patent filing fees
Priority in Govt. Tenders
Startups are given exemption from prior experience or turnover and Security deposit and preference in government procurement and tenders which helps them to gain more business.
No Angle tax up to Rs. 25 crore
Investments made by accredited investors, non-residents, AIFs, and closely held listed companies into qualifying startups may also be exempt under the Income Tax Act, 1961.
Income tax Expemtion
Startups can enjoy a range of tax benefits, including exemptions on capital gains tax and income tax for three consecutive financial years out of ten financial years since incorporation.
Easy Fund Raising
Startups can access funding through various government-supported venture capital funds, angel funds, and other investment vehicles. Rs. 16000 Crore invested in more than 250 startups.
Simplified Compliances
Startups can enjoy many compliance-related benefits, including a simplified process for incorporating a company and a single-window clearance system for various approvals and licenses.
Credit Guarantee Fund
Startups can now avail Rs. 2000 Crore Credit Guarantee fund through the National Credit Guarantee Trust Company or SIDBI over 4 years
No License Inspector Raj
For startups, the threat of a labour law inspection is gone. Recognised startups may easily self-manage their compliance with the PF, ESIC, gratuity, and environmental laws.
Easy Foreign Loans
Through a simplified RBI compliance system, recognised startups can get loans of up to $ 3 million from non-resident investors (External Commercial Borrowings) in each financial year.
