Once an application is filed, the Trademark authorities scrutinize and examine the application. There may be an objection in case there’s a similar mark or violation of the Trademark laws and regulations. In case of an objection, the applicant is given a chance to submit a written reply along with supporting documentation as evidence. If the examiner is satisfied with the reply, the application would be processed to the next step.
